FREE SHIPPING for orders over £40

£3.99 per order (Standard Delivery)

Delivery Times: 2 – 5 days
(7 – 10 days for apparel products – due to Covid-19 pandemic delivery delays)

 

We ONLY deliver to postal code addresses in the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and Europe.

We aim to deliver your order right away, to your specified shipping address.

We’ll send your order as soon as possible within the specified number of days (excluding weekends and public/bank holidays).

We’ll send an email as soon as possible if we have any problem with delivering your order.

If part of your order is temporarily out of stock, we’ll email you before deciding on how to proceed with your order.  We may deliver the item(s) separately, but you won’t be charged additional shipping on these occasions.

However, if the item(s) still isn’t available after some time, we may cancel the order and refund you.

To ensure safe delivery, we carefully package your order in protective Jiffy/Card packaging.

 

Returns & Refunds

You can order with us with complete confidence.

All our products come with a 14-day ‘no quibble’ returns guarantee.

If you aren’t satisfied with your products, please notify us by email, as soon as you receive them.

We would ask you to help re-pack them securely, in the condition received and return them to us in their original packaging, at your cost, within 14 days of receipt.

We recommend using a ‘Recorded Delivery Service’.

We’ll refund you the full value of the product(s) or order, including the original ‘Shipping Costs’, if applicable, once we have received them.

We can also exchange other product(s) for the same value of the original item(s) if returned in a resalable condition. Shipping costs for the exchanged product(s) may apply.

We have ‘no returns policy’ on dated items, like diaries, planners or calendars and personalised items.

We make every effort to respond to any complaints within 5 working days.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

Return address:

The return address will be included in your package, as it depends on the address of our third-party print-on-demand suppliers.

Email a copy of the ‘Proof of Postage’ receipt to us as soon as you send it.
